Barbara Broome, Area VI Secretary, has been an active handbell ringer, director, clinician and teacher since 1979. At Broadmoor Baptist Church in Baton Rouge she directs the Broadmoor Belles and Beaux. She also rings duets and arranges much of the music. Barbara has previously served Area VI as Treasurer, Louisiana Chair, and Historian.
